New Generation Websites have been absolutely brilliant with the creation of my new website, I cannot thank them enough. They were always available on the phone or on email with advice and ideas, and clearly have lots of experience in website design. After putting together my first site, I felt it didn't look quite 'right' but they readily changed to a completely different design, starting over again. A friend recommended Sue to me when I was looking for a homeopath to treat an ongoing problem with allergies. She was efficient and friendly when I rang to make enquiries and was able to accommodate my limited availability when it came to making an appointment. She has a comfortable private and relaxed room in her home which she uses for consultations. It felt as if she had all the time in the world to listen to your symptoms and asked relevant questions which gave me confidence that she was hearing everything I had to say and understanding where I was coming from. I always felt that what I was describing and experiencing was important. She gave a lot of thought to the most appropriate treatment and gave detailed instructions as to how it should be taken. At any point during the treatment I could get back in touch with Sue to give feedback. If treatments weren't working she would get an alternative to me within a day or so. At one consultation it was fascinating to try a remedy and experience a reaction to it within minutes thus alleviating the need for a more appropriate remedy to be found. After an initial consultation for a specific fee further consultations were at a reduced rate and interim phone calls were at no extra cost. Having taken antihistamines on a daily basis for many years it was a huge relief to have my symptoms managed in a more natural way. After several months of treatment I found that I did not need to use the remedies any longer as the symptoms seemed to have disappeared.
